Gina Zappia is a fun loving creature interested in tasting all life has to offer. She is a trained dancer, yogini since 1994 (teaching since 2003) in multiple styles & forms of yoga, massage therapist since 2005 in various modalities, & super anatomy nerd. Gina combines her love of moving through the physical with intuitive flair, where spirit becomes material. Recently, she has been branching out combining breathwork, meditation, yoga therapy & conditioning, Qi Gong & more.
Monkey Thai Bodywork facilitates in unwinding the restricted areas of the body through an intuitive journey coupled with multi-layered techniques. Working with the rhythms of body, in particular the breath, to unleash twisted & stuck patterns in the physical & energetic bodies. Massages are done clothed & on the floor for stretching & moving the body, creating more space & greater freedom in the tissues.
Maha has provided bodywork the SF bay area for over 32 years. He currently works as an intuitive healer & coach for Catalyst Health & Performance, mixing eastern & western styles of bodywork combining pressure, mobility, & reiki. His use of myofascial release practices such as craniosacaral & unwinding allows the body to be limber as well as increase blood flow for healing. He is an intuitive healer, trained in modalities that release physical pain & restore somatic balance emotionally. He helps liberate your soul from blockages (physical & energetic) that are holding you back to gain freedom & power to align your body. His sessions help you move from feeling anxious, fearful & uncertain to courageous, peaceful, pleasantly euphoric & divinely aligned.
Tim has been a professional massage therapist since 1987. He has been Registered Nurse since 1992. He draws from a diverse background of healing. His massage tool box comprises of the famous Esalen long strokes. His table Thai yoga massage gently and deeply lengthens and twists body safely. He gets up on the table pouring body weight through his knees into the hips and hamstrings. His Deep Bodywork utilizes his elbows and forearms. Slow is deep. And deep is slow. He encourages feedback if you need more pressure or less.
Tim’s massage routine lengthens the body, decompresses congested muscle tissues, and quiets the monkey mind. Most clients report a feeling of calmness of their mind and body.
Steven first studied bodywork at Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego, Ca. He learned from Bill Mueller the deep & mysterious connections between body & mind & how to access the psyche through hands on application. He has also studied the ancient sciences of Yoga & Ayurveda with Deep Yoga School of Healing Arts, Radiant Child Yoga Program, The Ashtanga Yoga Center, & more. He currently is a student of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine in Sonoma, Ca.
Steven offers integrative bodywork, blending modalities of east & west for a relaxing & therapeutic massage experience.
