Laughter is contagious! And studies show, like sex and exercise, it's nourishing for your body and soul. In this workshop, each exercise builds on the last; we'll start with deep internal relaxation, begin vocalizing, and eventually to movement, touch, and play with others (touch optional), as we open the channels for laughter and joy to flow authentically. I'll meet you at the intersection of silly and sacred.
Have you ever tried to read something you wrote, and felt the words coming out to stilted and phoney? We often try to stuff words from our heads through our bodies, into other peoples heads, & attempt to make all that look good. Perhaps a better approach for speaking, performing, or relating, is to connect with your body, heart, vision, and purpose, and let the words flow from there. Each exercise will help you embody words in an authentic, powerful, vulnerable, and funny way that moves others.
