Gregg’s passion is supporting the calming of our nervous systems while removing blocks that limit our full expression of who we are. Employing embodiment practices including Forest Bathing and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping. His own experiences of feeling shy, anxious, and insecure propelled him to study how we expand our ability to play, heal, and connect with each other. Through retreats, private coaching, and journeys into nature he creates safe, non-judgmental spaces to flourish.
