Slow down, soften & attune deeply. From stillness to fluidity, find your authentic embodied movement. You will dance not just in, but *with* the waters in & around you, connecting with Self & others. In pods of three, you will give & receive while supporting one another's dance, staying afloat or underwater as feels right for you. Come with your triad of choice or solo & you will be partnered. Experience deep release & spontaneity as you rediscover your aquatic being. Closed container workshop.
A journey into the velvety, gravity-less realms of underwater dance. You will learn the basics of water play and underwater safety, some simple yet exciting partnered underwater acrobatics, how to “base” and “dance” (think acroyoga but the “flyer” is underwater) as you enjoy the almost limitless movement available beneath the water’s surface. This playshop will be a closed container yet you do not need to bring a partner to join. All necessary supplies for underwater play will be provided.
