Leonore Tjia ("Chee-ah") is an artist-healer & feminist sexuality educator whose work lies at the intersection of soul, myth, eros & intimacy. As a trained practitioner of Internal Family Systems therapy, she helps people transform their emotional & sexual patterns & re-awaken their innate erotic intelligence. She runs Body Tales® somatic workshops where people tell true sexual stories for healing & witnessing & access the inner wildness that helps us feel erotically alive.
Fear of abandonment, shame, feeling we're doing it wrong -- our relationships naturally activate our unconscious fears. But when we turn toward our own vulnerable parts instead of away from them, deeper intimacy & personal evolution are possible. Learn the perspective of Internal Family Systems about the exile & protector parts that naturally live inside you. Through group discussion, meditation & creative arts, learn to see these "problem" parts as keys to intimacy, power & wholeness.
Rewilding Our Sexual Stories weaves together improvisational movement, sound and stories from our personal erotic histories. We take turns in duos and small groups as both storytellers and witnesses, following clear structure and guidelines. All types of stories are welcome; you will have space to explore & process your own material without judgment, commentary or analysis. Express yourself, stand in your truth and witness the beauty & power of other people's lived experiences!
