In this workshop we will use the 5Rhythms practice to move our bodies as a form or freedom, inspiration, emotional process, prayer and fun. The workshop will use music, movement and gentle guidance to move through Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms.
In this 5Rhythms workshop we will dance, pray, sweat, and play using the map of the 5Rhythms to open up to levity and joy. Through guided facilitation, we will deepen our movement practice and learn skills to surrender to our joy.
