Being Danced: An Experiment in Communal Play!

Being danced is an improvisational, play-based somatic movement class geared towards igniting the creative spark in people. Designed to evoke the awe and wonder of the (inner child's) imaginative realm, we work as an ensemble in silly and theatrical ways to co-create an alive response to our togetherness. Gifts you will receive from this class: <>To participate with life in a more authentic way. <> To trust your instincts and intuition. <> To find intelligence in improvisation.<>

Being Yoga: A Somatic Prayer Practice.

Being Yoga will inspire you to live your life in alignment with the true meaning and essence of yoga. Shannon offers a safe space that allows students to drop into the moment, through the lens of the body, and be guided from the felt sense wisdom within. Relaxing and playful, this soul nourishing approach to yoga will leave you deeply dropped into yourSelf.
