For male-identified folks only. It's rare in our culture that male vulnerability is encouraged—let alone celebrated. Enter a safe space to explore the confusion and biases that exist around "masculinity" & learn how to heal/integrate those aspects within yourself and with the external feminine. Through a series of exercises, including group sharing, partner work, and embodiment practices, we will invite out the feminine within and then dive deep to heal the feminine relationships in our lives.
Blindfolded Contact Dance is a safe and gentle experience—great for both beginners and experienced dancers alike. Wearing blindfolds allows dancers to drop the fear and self-judgment that often inhibits spontaneous movement and authentic connection to self and others. These workshops take participants on a journey of somatic self-discovery and non-verbal consent via solo and group exercises before culminating in a freeform blindfolded jam. No late arrivals.
