Drawing on her backgrounds in Acro Yoga, Contact Improvisation, dance, and an intensive Playfighting training, Coco leads a progressive, high-touch workshop that builds from the ground up. We open with consent, gentle attunement, and high-vibe games before building toward full — but short — mini playfighting and wrestling matches. The arc is intentional, the container is sweet and reverent, and the result is genuinely electric.
