Daniel has been facilitating improv as a connection-based healing modality for over a decade. He has studied Living Essence, a spiritual psychology system of joyous growth, with mentor Scott Hamilton for the past 14 years. Daniel loves to create spaces that unite playful freedom of expression with deep heartfelt attunement and care. He is currently studying Relational Somatic Healing with Shirley Dvir, and has taught internationally and in institutions such as town councils and rehab centers.

The Art of Authentic Play

This workshop explores improv as an healing modality, helping us connect in more playful and alive ways. It features a variety of fun activities such as improv connection games, and exercises that get us into our voices, bodies, hearts, movement, and creative freedom. It's for introverts and extroverts, balancing wild expression with gentler attuned spaces. You'll learn improv principles that you can apply to your life, and have opportunities to make playful new friends along the way.
