David Schlussel

David Schlussel is a yoga teacher, life coach, bodyworker, and father. David coaches people from fixed ideas about what they can and can’t do, towards life as a playful exploration of possibility. Weaving in Ashtanga, Anusara, and Dynamic yogas, as well as Qi Gong, his classes are a flowing celebration of embodiment, designed to exercise, integrate, delight, challenge and recharge, while facilitating healing of old injuries, and offering concepts relevant both on the mat and in daily life.
