Workshops presented by
A workshop to welcome YOU to SoulPlay! Feeling excited, nervous, curious, hopeful, & ready to connect? This workshop is an intimate on-ramp to an extraordinary weekend. We’ll reflect on on our hopes/fears/wildest dreams, practice extending & receiving bold and yummy invitations, deal with our fears of rejection & *gasp* awkwardness (!!), & start building a web of honest, earnest, juicy, & intimate relationships. It’s a set-up for self-care, community-care, & a fantastic SoulPlay 2023.
Community As Medicine
Community As Medicine” is a joyful and tender journey using play, desire, and vulnerability to connect authentically around what matters most. We travel together through an arc of experiences that traverse physical play, truth-telling, desire sourcing, deep self-compassion, direction-setting, and charting a clear and committed course for a life deeply aligned with our values. Methodology sourced from Open Source Wellness. Expect laughter, tears, new friends, and new actions!
