Grief Ritual

Grief doesn't need to be carried alone. In this earth-based ritual held beneath the Willows, Rani Joy guides a collective space to feel, release, and be witnessed in your grief. Through somatic release and the grounding presence of nature, we let the body do what words often can't — shake loose what's been held, soften what's been braced, and return to something more whole. There is healing in gathering, in the earth beneath your feet, and in the knowing that you are not the only one carrying.

Fluïde Contact & Connection

Water changes everything. It slows us down, holds us up, and invites a quality of presence that's hard to find anywhere else. Fluïde Contact & Connection blends Embodied Authentic Relating with Contact Improvisation in the water — creating a space to meet, play, and connect in ways that feel both nourishing and genuinely free. As the water carries you, the mind quiets and the body leads. Through partner work, triads, and group play, we'll explore attunement, touch, and connection before closing with an open water jam. Come ready to be held — by the water and by each other.
