Zag is a yoga teacher, energetic sherpa, and event producer based in Austin and Northern CA. His practice at EZ Energetics is designed to be accessible to all levels and body types, integrating breath (pranayama), senses (tantra), and mindfulness (jnana) with movement. By connecting body, breath, and movement, I help students cultivate presence, manifest, and achieve their goals. I am passionate about teaching and facilitating to serve as a supportive guide drawing on my studies of world philosophies and religions.

Wind Down Flow & Chill

Awaken your senses, move your body, and calm your mind! Step away from your day to dedicate an hour to yourself with this subtle hatha practice and chill time. Connecting breath, satisfying stretchy movement, and mantra, we’ll move into greater presence. Expect breathing and balance, a low-to-the-ground flow, and a short meditation. All levels, bodies, ages, chairs, and floor / mats welcome. Wind down on the mat—leave feeling grounded, lighter, and brighter in your being.
