Adorable Jasmine is a holistic wellness ambassador & ritualist of 12 years. She received formal training in yoga, meditation, nutrition, reiki healing & has earned her master's in public health. She heads Project Light Work, whose mission is to empower youth & adults towards adopting energy healing as a daily practice for managing & healing chronic trauma & depression. She believes in the power of spiritual healing as a means to uplift marginalized communities of color.
