On this guided movement, touch, & sound journey we will co-create a safe space to unwind & intoxicate ourselves with loving-kindness. We'll gently expand our innate capacity for giving & receiving love. Through different techniques, we'll practice shedding any resistance we may have towards kindness & enhance our ability to tap into an abundance of compassion.
